Our Founders

BluePrint Cabinets was co-founded by two very different people, intentionally. One spent years inside the cabinet industry. The other spent years helping people cut through confusing buying decisions.

Patrick Belding

Co-Founder

Patrick previously owned a cabinet company. He understands cabinet construction, spacing, installation realities, and where quality actually breaks down over time — not just what looks good on a showroom wall.

Without Patrick, BluePrint would lack the practical cabinet knowledge that helps you avoid costly mistakes.

Shelley is the local point of contact for clients across the greater Moncton area. Most projects start with a conversation and a look at your space — by video call, or with Shelley coming to you for an in-home measure and design consult, whichever is easiest.

Be the person who handles it. If something needs to get done, we step up. We take responsibility, solve problems, and follow through. We don't pass the buck, point fingers, or hide behind job descriptions.

Create an experience worth talking about. We believe buying a kitchen should be exciting, not overwhelming. We go above and beyond to surprise, delight, educate, and support our customers. Every interaction is an opportunity to create an experience people genuinely want to tell others about.

Help people make smart decisions. We are consultants first and cabinet sellers second. We provide honest advice, share our expertise, and recommend what we genuinely believe is best for the customer. Our goal is to help people avoid costly mistakes and feel confident in their decisions.

Our problem with how cabinets are usually sold

Most cabinet companies avoid giving you clear answers for a reason. Transparent pricing limits the ability to do markups. Explaining trade-offs can make high-pressure sales less effective. Educating you creates informed decisions instead of emotional ones.

So instead, you are asked to trust the process, wait weeks or months for designs, and accept quotes you cannot easily compare.

BluePrint Cabinets is locally owned and operated, with two locations: our Fredericton showroom and our Moncton location serving Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview. We also ship anywhere in Canada, so you do not have to live nearby to work with us. We're here not just for a good time, but for a long time.

That means helping you make better decisions, even when it costs us a sale. It means prioritizing reputation over short-term wins.
