Built for Wet Rooms

No Room Is Harder on a Cabinet.

Steam twice a day. Splashes at the counter. A shut-off valve that weeps for six months before anyone notices. Your vanity takes abuse no other cabinet in the house ever sees, and most vanities are built like they won't.

5/8" AA-Grade Plywood

Particleboard drinks water and swells permanently. Plywood doesn't. Industry standard is 1/2". Ours is 5/8".

Solid Wood Face Frames

Real wood, not veneered MDF. The frame stays square in a room that's humid twice a day.

Dovetail Drawer Joints

Interlocking wood. No staples, no cam locks. Drawers stay square under the weight of everything you own.

Lifetime Hardware

Soft-close hinges and full-extension slides, backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Almost nobody replaces a vanity because they stopped liking the doors. They replace it because the box gave out.

How It Works

Four Steps. No Sales Pitch.

Buying a vanity shouldn't feel like a negotiation. Here's the whole process.

01

Measure Your Wall

The width of your vanity wall, and roughly where the plumbing comes out of it. A sketch on a napkin is genuinely fine. We've worked from worse.

02

Send It or Bring It

Use the form, or walk into the showroom Monday to Friday. No appointment needed, and nobody will follow you around the floor.

03

Get a Real Price

A written, itemized quote with the layout that fits. No "call for pricing," no negotiation theatre, no line items that appear at the end.

04

Build It in a Weekend

Most vanities go together in an afternoon with a screwdriver, and we filmed the whole thing. Rather not? We'll connect you with a local installer.

What People Say About the Build Quality

What Fredericton homeowners, contractors and trades say about the build quality, the pricing, and dealing with Patrick.

★★★★★

We were on the fence about our Reno's and who and what to choose for cabinets. We stopped into Blueprint as we seen the ads on Facebook. Well needless to say we didn't need to stop anywhere else. We were helped from start to finish and everywhere in between. Very pleased with the products. Price was great as well, ordering was quick and easy. All packages came labeled. Quality is great. We have young kids that will no doubt ding/scratch the cabinets but even the small details like a fixer paint pen and filler was provided (something that never even crossed my mind).

I would recommend anyone to choose Blueprint. If you're reading this and on the fence about your choice, feel free to stop by our house and check them out!

Very easy customer service as well. Great down to earth people. Will no doubt deal with in the future as well.

★★★★★

I've known Patrick for a bit now, and got the pleasure of installing quartz countertops in the BluePrint Cabinets showroom. I get to see cabinets daily on the countertop installs we do here in Fredericton and beyond, so I get to see a lot of different styles and levels of quality. While installing the countertops in the showroom here, I was very impressed at the quality of these kitchen cabinets, and surprised by all the small details that made the cabinets really stand out. Lifetime hardware warranty, solid wood drawers, dovetail joints, solid plywood sides and backs, and so much more. These are premium cabinets at GREAT prices. Stop on by and chat with the boys in the showroom if you are doing a reno or a new build. You won't be steered in the wrong direction.

★★★★★

We picked up several cabinets for redoing the kitchen and a full length wall. Patrick was great to work with and provided good advice on how to adjust my design plan based on the cabinet construction. It took some time to arrive and was delivered on 3 pallets without too many issues. There was one cabinet the manufacturer missed, but Patrick was very quick to help address the issue and we received it within a few days.

Cabinet quality is good. Solid once put together, and the finish doesn't appear to mar easily. About half way through install, and quite happy with the product.

★★★★★

If you think Ready to Assemble means cutting corners, junky materials, or a cookie cutter layout and cheap sales pitch, you haven't met Pat and the team at Blueprint.

Getting full plywood cabinet boxes is incredible value and the comfort knowing they'll last through life's craziness, even better.

Our home is a DIY home. If you're like us, I'd recommend chatting with Pat to nail down your design and getting your next reno started right!

★★★★★

Pat is awesome! I went to the store and explained what I needed. He sat down and designed the space and showed me options and then sent me pricing within a few hours. After placing the order, Pat has kept in regular communication and guided us each step.

★★★★★

Pat was excellent to deal with. He never pressured us into anything, but made sound recommendations on how we could get the most out of our dollar. Pat provided clear instructions throughout the entire process. No missing pieces, nothing damaged during shipping. Excellent experience all around!

★★★★★

Patrick and Lewis are exceptional professionals to work with, offering top-notch expertise and a deep understanding of their clients' needs. Their high-quality products, featuring plywood and hardwood frames, ensure a long-lasting kitchen. As a professional installer, I wholeheartedly recommend them and their products.

★★★★★

I couldn't ask for a better cabinet system. They are extremely durable, easy to assemble, and they are beautiful. Not to mention, the pricing is very affordable. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. You won't regret it.

The Honest Comparison

The Box-Store Vanity vs. The BluePrint Vanity

  • Thermofoil doorsThe film lifts and peels where steam hits it.
  • Whatever width is in stockYou resize your plan to fit the box.
  • 1-year warranty, if anyHardware fails and you buy a new vanity.
In year five

Straight Answers

The Questions Everyone Asks

How do I know it'll fit?

Send us the width of your vanity wall and roughly where the plumbing sits. Sink bases run 24" to 60" and drawer bases run 12" to 21", so we combine them until your wall is covered. That's a five-minute conversation, not a consultation.

Does it come with a countertop and sink?

No. We build the cabinet; the top is a separate purchase. Prime Stone and Tile is in our building and handles that side for most of our customers. More on them just below.

How hard is it to assemble?

Most vanities are an afternoon with a screwdriver. The boxes are pre-drilled, the hardware is labelled, and Patrick filmed the whole thing on YouTube. If you've built flat-pack furniture before, this is easier: the parts are heavier and fit better.

What if my plumbing doesn't line up?

Sink bases are open at the back for exactly this reason. There's real tolerance for where your supply lines and drain come through the wall. Bring a photo of the wall and we'll confirm before you order.

Will plywood really hold up better under a sink?

Yes, and the difference isn't subtle. Particleboard is sawdust and glue pressed into a panel. When water gets in, the panel expands and never goes back. Plywood is thin wood layers cross-glued, so it stays dimensionally stable. This is the single reason most vanities get replaced instead of kept.

Do you install it?

We don't, but we know who does. Tell us you'd rather not build it and we'll refer you to a local contractor we trust.

What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?

Every soft-close hinge and full-extension drawer slide, for life. Not a vague "workmanship" promise. The specific parts that wear out first.

How long until I have it?

Most vanities ship from stock, so you're usually leaving with it or picking it up within days rather than waiting on a special order. If a size or finish you want isn't on the floor, we'll tell you the real timeline before you pay, not after.

Countertops

We Don't Sell Countertops.
They're in the Same Building.

Here's the honest version: we build cabinets, not countertops. So when people ask where to get a top for their vanity, we point across the hall.

Prime Stone and Tile shares our building at 103 NB-105. They outfitted our showroom, they do genuinely incredible work, and their local pricing is hard to beat. One address, one trip, both halves of your vanity.
